Good questions.
Clear answers.
Everything you need before your first separation.
What can I separate?
Choose vocals + instrumental, a 4- or 6-stem mix, or isolate drums, bass, guitar or piano. Each mode includes its listed output tracks in WAV.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account to get 3 trial minutes, once. Each trial file can be up to 1 minute long. No payment card is needed. Minute limits also apply to paid plans.
How are minutes counted?
Each song is rounded up to the next whole minute, with a minimum of one minute. A 3:20 song uses 4 minutes for all selected output tracks together. Listening and downloading do not use minutes. Failed separations return the reserved allowance while its original period remains valid.
What happens on an annual plan?
You pay for the year upfront and save the price of two monthly payments. Your 60 or 150 included minutes renew each month, not all at once. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over. Extra minute packs never expire.
How long does separation take?
Processing time depends on the song length and the MVSEP queue. You can leave the studio and return to My projects while it runs.
Is my music private? Can I use the results?
Your projects are stored privately and are available through your account. Audio is sent to MVSEP for separation. Only upload music you have the rights or permission to process; separation does not grant rights to someone else's recording.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Manage your subscription in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your paid access remains until the end of that billing period. There are no automatic charges for extra minutes.
